The Isles of Scilly truly are a British tropical island with white sandy beaches and unique climate. The Scillies are only a day sail from Penzance, and a week can be easily spent exploring all the islands from remote anchorages.
The Channel Islands: Gurnsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Herm with its shell beach are wonderful places to spend a long weekend or weeks holiday sailing to and discovering.
